even when another agent had shown the property,
always making sure that the air .
conditioning remained on 78 degrees, leaving notes
for other agents reminding them
about turning off the basement lights, following up
with me every time the property was
shown with the buyer's comments, calling me weekly
with status updates on the plan for
the upcoming week's strategy (caravan, newspaper
ads, open house, target buyers)

town.

John Viera started working for Communality
Condominium Services, Inc. in 1985 as a
Utility Maintenance Specialist; he excelled at that
position for approximately four and a
half years. In 1988 John studied to become a
Condominium Association Manager
(C.A.M.) and passed the Florida State license test
in 1989. A position opened which he
filled becoming the youngest member of our C.A.M.
Team.
Managing a staff of eight utility building personnel
and four grounds personnel, John
made the most of his resources usually coming in
under budget at the end of the year.
John left our employment in 2001 and went on to
manage several private estates on
John's Island.
Working with John over the years, as Condominium
Services Manager, I knew I could
depend on John to step forward if we needed someone
to head up a special project or
needed help of any kind. It is with pleasure that I
