A lot of my friends call me Johnny V. I was born
in Hollywood, FL and I lived there for 19 years
enjoying the South Florida life style.
We moved to the Sebastian area just North of Vero
Beach, which is where I worked climbing the ranks to
become Condominium Manager, passing the state
licensing test in 1989. I managed 8 oceanfront
buildings and 25 acres of property comprised of 154
units, located within a very high end community. In
2001 I started managing private estates within the
same community till May 2004 when it was time to
head for the mountains of Georgia. My wife and I
wanted to raise our son John (Buddy) in Union County
where the schools are excellent, the people are
friendly, the mountains are beautiful and the
overall quality of life is awesome!
